Good to know
Before you come in
Every price is the real starting price and every duration is the real chair time. Add-ons are quoted before we start.
- Please arrive with bare lashes and no eye makeup for any lash appointment.
- Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged at 50% of the service.
- Children and extra guests cannot be accommodated at the desks — it is a small room.
- We are cashless. All major cards and digital wallets are welcome.

Do you take walk-ins?
Sometimes, but we would not count on it — Thursday through Sunday is usually fully booked a week out. Every service on our menu is bookable online, and last-minute cancellations show up there first.

How long do lash extensions last?
A full set stays looking full for roughly two to three weeks, depending on your natural shed cycle. Most clients book a fill every two and a half weeks. Come back inside three weeks and it is a fill; past that it is a new set.

Can you fix a set from another salon?
Yes, and we do it often. Book the service you actually want and mention it in the booking notes so we can add removal time. Please do not pick or peel anything off before you come in.

Is there parking?
Free for two hours in the lot behind the building, with the entrance on Micheltorena. Street parking on Sunset is metered until 8pm.

Do you use MMA or drill-heavy prep?
Never. We are a dry-manicure, monomer-free studio and we file the product, not your nail plate.
